Doriwi operates an online platform specializing in custom t-shirt printing services. We offer over 600 unique designs and custom printing options for individuals and businesses. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Doriwi (the "Company").

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services.

2. Product Orders and Customization

2.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.2 Custom Designs

Customers may upload custom designs or choose from our extensive library of over 600 pre-designed prints. You are responsible for ensuring that any custom designs you submit do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

2.3 Design Approval

For custom orders, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the design, no changes can be made. Please review your design carefully before approval.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Payment must be received in full before we begin production of your order.

3.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Standard processing time for custom printed t-shirts is 3-5 business days from the date of design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4.2 Shipping

We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Doriwi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in production. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

5.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if we made an error in your order, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5.3 Wrong Size Orders

Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

You warrant that any designs, images, text, or other materials you provide do not infringe upon any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Doriwi harmless from any claims arising from your submitted designs.

All pre-designed prints available on our website are owned by Doriwi or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for any purpose other than on products purchased from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doriwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
